# Advanced Rewards System

Advanced Rewards System is a FiveM resource that gives players rewards: money and items. Players get rewards from promo codes, from administrators, and from other resources on your server. Rewards System records every reward, so you can see what each player received.

## What Rewards System does

* **Reward packs.** A [reward pack](/products/advanced-rewards-system/glossary.md#reward-pack) is a set of money and items. Money goes to the **Cash** or the **Bank** account. Promo codes, manual rewards and the public API all give reward packs.
* **Promo codes.** Players redeem a [promo code](/products/advanced-rewards-system/glossary.md#promo-code) with `/redeem CODE`. You can create one code or up to 100 codes at once. A code can have start and end dates and limits per FiveM account, license or character.
* **Manual rewards.** From the panel, you give a reward pack to selected players or to all players on the server. Each manual reward has a reason.
* **Public API.** Other resources on your server can create reward packs and give rewards. See [Public API](/products/advanced-rewards-system/developers/public-api.md).
* **Grant log.** Each reward for one character is a [grant](/products/advanced-rewards-system/glossary.md#grant). The **Grants** section shows what was delivered, what waits, and what needs your decision.
* **Delivery at the next login.** If a player leaves during a delivery, Rewards System delivers the rest at the next login.
* **Returns and review.** If the game rejects part of a reward, Rewards System tries to take back what it already delivered. If a result is unknown, for example after a server crash in the middle of a delivery, the grant [needs review](/products/advanced-rewards-system/glossary.md#needs-review). The same happens when the game rejects a return. An administrator then decides. See [Returns and review](/products/advanced-rewards-system/concepts/returns-and-review.md).

## Supported servers

| Framework | Inventory for item rewards |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| QBCore | `qb-inventory` |
| ESX | The built-in ESX inventory or `ox_inventory` |
| Other frameworks | Your own adapter, in [standalone mode](/products/advanced-rewards-system/developers/standalone-mode.md) |

Money rewards work without an inventory. Rewards System needs `oxmysql`. For the versions, see [Requirements](/products/advanced-rewards-system/getting-started/requirements.md). See also [Frameworks and inventories](/products/advanced-rewards-system/configuration/frameworks-and-inventories.md).

The panel and the messages to players are available in English, German, French and Russian. You can change the texts and add your own language. See [Languages](/products/advanced-rewards-system/configuration/languages.md).
